About the role of Senior Site Manager

We are working with a Principal Contractor who pride themselves on quality, innovation and social awareness. We are looking for a talented Senior Site Manager to join their team to oversee an £15m school project.

Responsibilities for Senior Site Manager

  • Ensuring that requirements, as specified by the client and senior management are met
  • Implementing detailed site plans to ensure successful delivery of the project
  • Coordinating with the project manager to align activities with goals
  • Ensuring strict adherence to H&S safety regulations
  • Conducting regular site inspections
  • Monitor project budgets and costs and progress
  • Preparing and submitting reports

Requirements for Senior Site Manager

  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects up to £20m
  • CSCS, SMSTS and 1st aid
  • Strong understanding of H&S regulations
  • Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes and strong commercial awareness
