Senior Resuscitation Training Practitioner – Greater Manchester
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in planning, organizing, and implementing resuscitation training for all trust staff and wider community services.
- Supporting clinical services within the trust.
- Team management responsibilities, including coaching and mentoring junior team members.
- Coordinating activities to support the Lead Resuscitation Professional in ensuring an efficient resuscitation service.
- Acting as deputy in the absence of the resuscitation lead.
- Managing workload, time, clinical, and operational responsibilities.
- Traveling to different locations as required.
Skills and Expertise
- Extensive pre-hospital experience (Paramedics/ambulance professionals, former military medics, or other registered professionals are encouraged to apply).
- Ability to work well within a highly motivated team.
- Ability to deliver high-quality training.
- Experience in managing own workload and coordinating activities.
- Desire to shape resuscitation training in the Trust.
- Advanced Life Support (ALS) training may be provided.
