We are seeking someone who enjoys a challenge whilst striving for excellent customer service. You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. During our peak periods we ensure the smooth student journey from admissions to results for 2,000 international students who choose to complete a pre-sessional course with us.
You will have:
Proven experience of working in an administrative role;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Ability to independently organise your own work whilst supporting the wider team to prioritise conflicting workloads at peak times;
Up to date MS Office Skills, with a high level of Excel knowledge;
Good inter-personal skills with experience of working collaboratively with a range of key stakeholders;
Previous Line Management/Mentoring of an administrative team;
This is a hybrid role, with at least two days spent at our Avenue Campus per week. Applications will be considered for a job share.
