We are looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate, and motivated individual who provides excellent care for women and their families, living in Tower Hamlets. You will be part of a supportive and experienced team currently providing antenatal and postnatal care.

The post holder will be responsible for coordinating and developing services that are personalised to the needs of pregnant women and their babies.
The post holder will provide effective leadership within the group practice model of care working in partnership with the community teams and all clinical areas. They will work collaboratively with other multi-disciplinary team members; contribute to the education and professional development of staff in the acute and primary care setting. He/she will be actively involved in providing clinical care and education to women and their families and provide on- going support to midwives and GP’s caring for pregnant women. The post holder will be responsible for ensuring there is on-going auditing, monitoring and evaluation of the service provided
