Key Responsibilities
- Working as part of the care team
- Recognising and facilitating daily resident needs
- Conducting formal supervisions and appraisals
- Contributing to care planning and coaching support workers
- Maintaining personal care needs of residents, respecting dignity and promoting independence
Skills and Expertise
- Previous experience in a senior care role
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Empathetic and caring nature
- Full UK Driving Licence (preferred)
- NVQ3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
