Senior IT Service Manager – West Midlands

Key Responsibilities

  • Working within Centralised Application Support Services (CASS) to liaise with Digital Practice team.
  • Ensuring key framework adoptions and standards are aligned within CASS.
  • Driving innovation and continuous improvement across CASS.
  • Steering and shaping the direction of CASS to meet evolving service needs.

Skills and Expertise

  • Previous Service Management experience in large, complex IT environments.
  • Understanding of ITIL Service Management Framework.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders and services.
  • Strategic planning and defining future direction.
  • Senior leadership experience, including line management and coaching of medium to large operational teams.
