Senior IT Service Manager – West Midlands
Key Responsibilities
- Working within Centralised Application Support Services (CASS) to liaise with Digital Practice team.
- Ensuring key framework adoptions and standards are aligned within CASS.
- Driving innovation and continuous improvement across CASS.
- Steering and shaping the direction of CASS to meet evolving service needs.
Skills and Expertise
- Previous Service Management experience in large, complex IT environments.
- Understanding of ITIL Service Management Framework.
- Ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders and services.
- Strategic planning and defining future direction.
- Senior leadership experience, including line management and coaching of medium to large operational teams.
