• Maintaining personal care needs of residents, respecting dignity, and promoting independence

Skills and Expertise

• Previous experience in a senior care role
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Empathetic and caring nature
• NVQ3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
