Senior Care Assistant

Key Responsibilities

  • Looking after the different needs of residents to deliver quality, person-centred care and support.
  • Supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants.
  • Supporting the clinical team in specific areas (e.g., medication, assessments, care plans, care reviews).
  • Respecting the dignity and preferences of residents.
  • Creating a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment.

Skills and Expertise

  • NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
  • Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
  • Warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to individualised care and support.
