Key Responsibilities

• Looking after the needs of residents to enable quality, person-centred care and support.
• Supervising and inspiring a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager.
• Supporting the clinical team in specific areas like medication, assessments, care plans, or care reviews.
• Respecting the dignity and preferences of residents and creating a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment.

Skills and Expertise

• NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
• Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly
• Warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to individualised care and support
