Senior Carer
Key Responsibilities
- Looking after the diverse needs of residents to ensure quality, person-centred care and support.
- Supervising and motivating a team of Care Assistants.
- Supporting the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, or care reviews.
- Respecting the dignity and preferences of residents, creating a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment.
Skills and Expertise
- NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
- Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly
- Warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to providing individualized care and support
