Key Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality care and support to residents in all aspects of daily living.
- Promoting resident independence, choice, dignity, and respect.
- Promoting physical and emotional wellbeing.

- Completing daily medication rounds and accurate documentation.
- Ensuring high standards of care are maintained.

- Minimum two years experience as a Care Assistant in a residential/nursing home
- Awareness of Person-Centred Care Planning
- Understanding of abuse prevention, recognition, and reporting
- Must live within 30 minutes of the Home
- Experience in a similar role in a nursing home (preferred)
- Experience caring for residents with dementia (preferred)
- NVQ Level 4 or above in Adult Health and Social Care (preferred)
- Knowledge of the National Care Standards Act 2000 (preferred)
- Experience managing a team (preferred)
