  • Relevant professional qualification (e.g., Registered Nurse or NVQ Level 3 minimum)
  • Minimum two years experience as a Care Assistant in a residential/nursing home
  • Awareness of Person-Centred Care Planning
  • Understanding of abuse prevention, recognition, and reporting
  • Must live within 30 minutes of the Home
  • Experience in a similar role in a nursing home (preferred)
  • Experience caring for residents with dementia (preferred)
  • NVQ Level 4 or above in Adult Health and Social Care (preferred)
  • Knowledge of the National Care Standards Act 2000 (preferred)
  • Experience managing a team (preferred)
