Senior Care Assistant – Lincolnshire

Key Responsibilities

  • Looking after the different needs of residents to enable quality, person-centred care and support.
  • Supervising and inspiring a team of Care Assistants.
  • Supporting the clinical team in specific areas, such as medication, assessments, care plans, or care reviews.
  • Respecting the dignity and preferences of residents.
  • Creating a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment.

Skills and Expertise

  • NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
  • Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
  • Warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to individualised care and support.
