Key Responsibilities

• Care for residents like family, addressing physical, psychological, and social needs.
• Assist with personal care activities (washing, hygiene, dressing, meals).

Skills and Expertise

• Experience leading a team.
• Committed and organised approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible to work shifts.
• Level 2 qualification with Senior Care experience (Essential).
• Previous experience in a care home (Essential).
• Experience as a Senior Care Assistant, Senior Care Giver, Homecare Worker, Social Care Worker, or Community Support Worker.
• Willingness to complete Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification if not already obtained.
