Senior Care Assistant
Key Responsibilities
- Look after the different needs of residents to enable quality, person-centred care and support.
- Supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager.
- Support the clinical team in a specific area, such as medication, assessments, care plans, or care reviews.
- Respect the dignity and preferences of residents and create a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment.
Skills and Expertise
- NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
- Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly
- Warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to individualised care and support
