Regional Senior Care Assistant
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, empathetic, and respectful care and support across a 20-mile radius.
- Monitor the delivery of care.
- Contribute to person-centred care planning for residents.
- Record observations (e.g., temperature, blood pressure).
- Provide support and companionship.
- Ensure residents enjoy meaningful one-to-one time.
Skills and Expertise
- Background in care and good understanding of elderly care.
- Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care (essential, with a view to complete an NVQ 3).
- Good understanding of the wider healthcare industry.
- C or above in GCSE English and Maths (desirable).
- Dedicated and compassionate approach to care.
- Passion for supporting resident well-being.
- Car ownership or ready access to a vehicle (required).
