Senior Care Assistant
Key Responsibilities
- Looking after the different needs of residents to deliver quality, person-centred care and support.
- Supervising and inspiring a team of Care Assistants.
- Supporting the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, or care reviews.
- Respecting the dignity and preferences of residents.
- Creating a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment.
Skills and Expertise
- NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
- Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
