Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Booking Clerks and provide specialist advice when needed.
- Develop a strong understanding of RTT values to prevent prolonged waiting times for outpatient appointments.
- Attend weekly meetings to discuss outpatient clinic performance.
- Optimize clinic utilization by ensuring all available slots are effectively used.
- Manage the patient phoneline, ensuring efficient call answer times.
- Adhere to the patient access policy when booking appointments and interacting with colleagues and patients.
