Senior Administrator
Key Responsibilities
- Managing staff payroll and checking weekly and monthly cost reports
- Liaising with head office/payroll, ensuring any relevant documents are sent
- Creating and updating HR paper files
- Ensuring compliance with HR policies & procedures and liaising with Operational HR and Head Office staff on HR practices and processes
- Scanning of GP referral letters/clinical notes
- Care notes input
Skills and Expertise
- Secretarial and/or HR Administration experience
- Management qualification and experience of managing a team
- ECDL, RSA II, Typing/Word Processing or equivalent
- 4 GCSEs at grade C or above (including English and Mathematics) or equivalent
- Experience of minute taking and strong skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Knowledge of systems supporting HR and Finance Departments
- Awareness and knowledge in following confidentiality and security
