Key Responsibilities
- Work with the School Leadership Team to enhance existing SEND provision, ensuring a stable service for students.
- Lead the SEND provision and play a critical role in enabling high-quality education for vulnerable students.
- Develop learning and behavior strategies, manage legal responsibilities.
- Build positive relationships with staff, governors, parents, and external professionals to meet student needs.
