Key Responsibilities
- Fully participate in school community life, supporting ethos, values, and aims.
- Contribute to and promote school and organization policies and procedures.
- Lead by example, having high expectations of all.
- Observe professional standards and contribute to effective working relations within and outside the school.
- Strategically develop SEN policy and provision.
- Monitor and review the quality of provision for pupils with SEN or disabilities across the school.
- Contribute to school self-evaluation, focusing on SEN provision.
- Ensure SEN policy implementation and objective reflection in the school improvement plan (SIP).
- Stay updated on national and local initiatives impacting school policy and practice.
- Evaluate funding effectiveness and suggest improvements.
