SEN Teaching Assistant
Key Responsibilities
- Provide tailored support and interventions across the curriculum for children with SEN.
- Work with individuals to support learning and development activities.
- Assist in the preparation of resources and classroom environments.
- Conduct assessments and record relevant information.
- Contribute to daily classroom routines and manage behaviour.
- Support children in a range of indoor and outdoor activities.
Skills and Expertise
- Previous experience working within a UK secondary school or Early Years setting.
- Minimum Level 2 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools (or equivalent).
- Education Studies Degree, Psychology Degree, or similar qualifications are desirable.
- Up-to-date Safeguarding and Prevent training (within the last 12 months).
