SEN Teaching Assistant

Key Responsibilities

  • Working with children and young people with additional and complex needs.
  • Building positive working relationships with colleagues.
  • Supporting teaching and learning for all children and young people.

Skills and Expertise

  • Good numeracy, literacy, and ICT skills (GCSE Level 4 or equivalent in English and Maths desirable).
  • Ability to work effectively with a range of children and young people.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility, enthusiasm, resilience, and a good sense of humour.
  • Commitment to ongoing personal development.
