Key Responsibilities
- Working with children and young people with additional and complex needs.
- Building positive working relationships with colleagues.
- Supporting teaching and learning for all children and young people.
Skills and Expertise
- Good numeracy, literacy, and ICT skills (GCSE Level 4 or equivalent in English and Maths desirable).
- Ability to work effectively with a range of children and young people.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility, enthusiasm, resilience, and a good sense of humour.
- Commitment to ongoing personal development.
