SEN Teaching Assistant London
Key Responsibilities
- Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support for pupils with a range of special educational needs.
- Foster a nurturing, inclusive, and structured learning environment.
- Support students in developing social skills, emotional regulation, and independence.
- Assist in the preparation and adaptation of learning materials.
Skills and Expertise
- Experience working in SEN or education settings is desirable.
- Calm and empathetic approach to supporting students with complex needs.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Genuine passion for making a positive impact on children’s lives.
- Relevant qualification in education or SEN is advantageous but not essential.
