  • Helping students build resilience and develop coping mechanisms.

  • Resilience, patience, and empathy for students with SEMH needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with students, parents, and teachers.
  • Experience working with SEMH children, ideally in a school setting.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
  • Commitment to safeguarding children.
