SEMH Teaching Assistant
Key Responsibilities
- Providing vital support to children and young people with SEMH needs to manage emotions, behaviors, and social skills.
- Working closely with teachers to implement positive behavior strategies and create a safe learning environment.
- Helping students build resilience and develop coping mechanisms.
