Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to facility, ensuring authorized personnel access only.
• Conduct regular security patrols to deter and detect suspicious activity, and respond to security incidents, investigating disturbances.
• Patrol various sites over the industrial estate.
• Support the day-to-day operations of the facilities maintenance department, maintaining standards of sites buildings, grounds, and fixtures.
• Perform maintenance and plumbing duties.
• Carry out duties in accordance with regulations stipulated by statutory bodies (e.g., health and safety) and internal procedures.
• Perform ongoing preventative maintenance to buildings on a rotational basis.
• Maintain the grounds of the buildings.

Skills and Expertise

• Full UK driving license
• Experience in a security-based role
• General maintenance experience
• Ability to work under pressure
• Preparedness to complete a DBS check
