Proposition Scrum Delivery Lead – Manchester

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivery of go-to-market customer propositions in line with the Retail Banking customer proposition roadmap.
  • Leading a multi-disciplinary agile Scrum team.
  • Collaborating with Proposition Strategy and Proposition Design Leads, Customer Journeys, and stakeholders across One Bank.
  • Building, optimising, and launching customer propositions.
  • Delivering long-term sustainable customer value and positive customer outcomes.
  • Leading the delivery of go-to-market customer proposition scrums and managing projects in an agile manner, to time and budget.
  • Acting as a bridge between proposition strategy and design, working with the customer journeys.
  • Delivering new or improved products, services, and experiences that ensure the required customer goal and outcomes, driving loyalty and primacy across customers.
  • Delivering the required propositions to meet customer needs as agreed with the Proposition Leads.
  • Developing, coaching, and empowering clear, capable, and motivated teams.
  • Removing any blockers for the team and escalating any that cannot be self-addressed.

Skills and Expertise

  • Proven track record of delivery in an agile environment.
  • Passion for customers and understanding their needs.
  • Strong understanding of the digital sector, ideally within the consumer financial services sector.
  • Experience innovating business and customer outcomes through technology.
  • Delivering customer-centric transformational change.
  • Experience with digital proposition delivery and building intuitive, customer-centred solutions.
  • People leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders.
  • Embracing and role modelling Agile capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Experience with operational and financial planning.
  • Knowledge of legal policies, regulatory and statutory obligations, and risk management.
