Key Responsibilities

  • Teaching Science to students at GCSE and A-level.
  • Achieving and maintaining strong progress scores for students.
  • Enhancing the science curriculum through extracurricular activities (e.g., visiting Woolsthorpe Manor, robotics, Salters Chemistry Festival).
  • Supporting ECTs and providing professional development for experienced teachers.

Skills and Expertise

  • Expertise in a specific science discipline (welcome applications from all science disciplines).
  • Excellent classroom management and student engagement skills.
  • Experience with teaching A-level science (an advantage).
  • Proven ability to create a positive and stimulating learning environment.
