Key Responsibilities
- Teaching Science to students at GCSE and A-level.
- Achieving and maintaining strong progress scores for students.
- Enhancing the science curriculum through extracurricular activities (e.g., visiting Woolsthorpe Manor, robotics, Salters Chemistry Festival).
- Supporting ECTs and providing professional development for experienced teachers.
Skills and Expertise
- Expertise in a specific science discipline (welcome applications from all science disciplines).
- Excellent classroom management and student engagement skills.
- Experience with teaching A-level science (an advantage).
- Proven ability to create a positive and stimulating learning environment.
