School Cleaning Area Supervisor
Key Responsibilities
- Supervision of cleaning teams in approximately 20 primary schools and 12 outer buildings (libraries, children’s centres, offices).
- Checking cleaning standards.
- Customer liaison.
- Staff training.
- Planning and mobilization of mobile cleaning teams.
Skills and Expertise
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in supporting and instructing staff.
- Understanding of Health and Safety.
- Experience in cleaning and use of industrial cleaning equipment.
- Valid driving licence and own vehicle (essential car user post).
- Management or supervisory experience (preferred, but not essential).
