School Business Assistant
Key Responsibilities
- Provide effective administrative support to the governing board and its committees
- Ensure the governing board is properly constituted
- Manage information effectively in accordance with legal requirements
- Provide advice to the governing body on governance, constitutional and procedural matters
- Taking minutes, circulation of reports, preparations of agendas, letters and other specific duties
Skills and Expertise
- Knowledge of how schools and governing boards operate
- Experience of similar work (training provided)
- Strong administrative skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Good communication skills
