Sales Negotiator – Stoke-on-Trent
Key Responsibilities
- Liaising with prospective vendors and buyers
- Generating and nurturing new business leads
- Arranging property viewings for sales and lettings
- Managing property listings, ensuring accuracy
- Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
- Conducting viewings for sales and lettings properties
- Supporting buyers with mortgage and conveyancing requirements
- Handling administrative tasks relating to property transactions, ensuring compliance with regulations
- Maintaining knowledge of the local property market and trends
Skills and Expertise
- Minimum 12 months experience in a sales team (real estate preferred)
- Organised with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
- Pride in work, appearance, and exceptional customer service
- Full UK driving licence and own transport
Job Facilities/Benefits
Full-time position in the office in Stoke-on-Trent and various locations within the ST1-ST7 postcode area. Monday to Friday. Appointment subject to right to work checks, satisfactory references, and online personality test.
