Key Responsibilities
- Gain a clear understanding of customer business needs and requirements by actively listening and building relationships with existing and new customers.
- Strategically market equipment/services to the appropriate buyers.
- Visit existing client sites, follow up new inquiries, and develop/implement new business strategies.
- Arrange presentations, proposals, and negotiations.
- Maintain and develop existing and new accounts.
Skills and Expertise
- Proven experience in sales management, ideally within the plant hire/rental industry.
- Experience in roles such as Area Sales Representative, Regional Sales Manager, Field Sales Representative, Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or Business Development Manager.
Job Facilities/Benefits
- Basic salary of circa 50-60k
- Uncapped commission
