Retentions Advisor / Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Taking inbound calls from customers keen to sign up

Skills and Expertise

  • Previous experience within sales, telesales, appointment setting or retentions background, ideally within B2C, however people keen to start a career in sales could also be considered!
  • Keen to work in a telephone-based role with a polite and professional telephone manner
  • Confident to make outbound calls as well as receiving inbound calls
  • Driven, ambitious and money hungry
  • Experience of call handling is essential
  • Proactive and able to work well towards targets
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Enjoy working as part of a team, but have the drive to work on own initiative

Job Facilities/Benefits

  • Salary available is up to GBP28k, and they offer a realistic commission of GBP1,000 per month, however this is uncapped! Realistic minimum OTE in this role is GBP35k
  • Working Hours are 37.5 hours a week, working between 08.30am to 7.00pm, Monday – Friday, with a 1 Saturday once a month.
  • Working from home 2 days per week is applicable after initial training and any Saturdays worked will always be from home
  • Holidays: 25 days holiday + bank holidays
