Retentions Advisor / Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Taking inbound calls from customers keen to sign up
- Outbound calling warm leads from registrations of interest

Skills and Expertise
- Previous experience within sales, telesales, appointment setting or retentions background, ideally within B2C, however people keen to start a career in sales could also be considered!
- Keen to work in a telephone-based role with a polite and professional telephone manner
- Confident to make outbound calls as well as receiving inbound calls
- Driven, ambitious and money hungry
- Experience of call handling is essential
- Proactive and able to work well towards targets
- Excellent communication skills
- Enjoy working as part of a team, but have the drive to work on own initiative
Job Facilities/Benefits
- Salary available is up to GBP28k, and they offer a realistic commission of GBP1,000 per month, however this is uncapped! Realistic minimum OTE in this role is GBP35k
- Working Hours are 37.5 hours a week, working between 08.30am to 7.00pm, Monday – Friday, with a 1 Saturday once a month.
- Working from home 2 days per week is applicable after initial training and any Saturdays worked will always be from home
