Key Responsibilities
- Making and receiving sales calls
- Responding to email enquiries
- Data input, quality control, data extracts, and reporting
- General office administration
- Point of contact for general CRM queries
Skills and Expertise
- Excellent attention to detail
- Aptitude for sales
- Excellent customer service and telephone manner
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Photoshop knowledge (advantageous)
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM knowledge (desired, not essential)
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Confident and humble
- Love for talking to people
