Safeguarding and Wellbeing Officer
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination of referrals
- Arrange action and review services for students and families
- Support the development of safeguarding and child protection policies, training, and procedures
- Ensure policies, procedures, systems, structures, resources, and personnel are in place to promote student welfare and protection
- Support vulnerable families and actively work jointly with parents/carers and other agencies through joint planning, training, and monitoring of safeguarding arrangements
Skills and Expertise
- Experience in safeguarding and child protection
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with parents, carers, and other agencies
