Safeguarding Administrator – Staffordshire
Key Responsibilities
- Lead safeguarding and child protection efforts across the school, including online safety.
- Participate in strategy discussions and inter-agency meetings.
- Contribute to child assessment.
- Provide administrative support to the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) for safeguarding concerns.
- Support staff on child welfare, safeguarding, and child protection matters.
- Liaise with relevant agencies (local authority, police).
Skills and Expertise
- Proven experience in safeguarding and child protection.
- Strong understanding of online safety and filtering/monitoring systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other agencies and staff.
