SACT Staff Nurse
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering SACT and supportive treatments to patients with Oncological Cancers.
- Working as part of the nursing team, supporting the ward manager in running an effective and safe ward.
- Providing individualized, compassionate, and informed care throughout the patient treatment pathway.
- Supporting the transition to a 6-day service if needed.
- Delivering high-standard care and service to patients, both newly diagnosed and those with palliative intent.
- Supporting patients and their carers on all aspects of their care.
