Key Responsibilities
- Recommend and sell holidays, cruises, UK breaks, and additional products.
- Create unforgettable holiday experiences for customers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Work varied shifts, including weekends, bank holidays, and evenings.
- Inspire customers and colleagues.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Embrace change and handle customer engagement, both in-person and virtually.
- Investigate and resolve customer questions or complaints.
- Stay updated with TUI systems and enhance knowledge through training.
