Retail Minibus Team Driver – Merthyr Tydfil

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee transportation of stock counters to and from retail sites.
• Notify count team of pick-up points and timings.
• Escalate vehicle issues promptly and efficiently.
• Complete team attendance sheets, detailing bus attendance and arrival times.
• Ensure accurate stock counting using handheld scanners.
• Stand for extended periods; access equipment for high stock locations may be required.

Skills and Expertise

• Full Driving License
• Proactive and ‘can-do’ attitude
• Ability to work long shifts for large counts
• Quick learner, adaptable to changing technology
• Stock handling experience (advantageous, but not required)
• Experience with time management and adherence to schedules
