Retail Merchandiser – Ashford
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring fixtures are set up effectively
- Displaying products and promotions attractively
- Keeping shelves well-stocked
- Following planograms (where provided) for consistency and compliance
- Arranging and organizing products on shelves and displays for maximum visibility
- Setting up promotional displays and signage to communicate prices and offers
- Building and maintaining good working relationships with in-store colleagues
- Providing accurate and timely feedback to client account teams
- Manual handling of products from warehouse to shop floor
- Acceptance of home deliveries of point of sale or stock items (paid extra)
- Using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos and answer questions about tasks
Skills and Expertise
- Merchandising experience (preferred)
- Retail experience (preferred)
- Customer service experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ownership of own work within timeframes
- Proactive problem-solving
- High standards and service delivery focus
- Comfortable with manual handling
- Confident using a company tablet
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car (bonus)
