Retail Assistant Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Leading a team to deliver excellent customer service and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborating with the Store Manager to identify and capitalize on sales growth opportunities.
- Ensuring optimal stock range and availability.
- Maintaining strict cost and stock control.
Skills and Expertise
- Proven experience in retail management or assistant management roles.
- Exceptional leadership and motivational skills.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles.
- Passion for beauty and health products.
- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for sales growth and improvement.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Knowledge of retail stock management and control.
