Residential Support Worker – Inverness

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring young people work towards their goals by supporting daily activities, including education (school/college), hobbies, and outdoor/group activities.
• Working within a residential setting, providing support to up to five young people.
• Following a residential rota, which includes evenings, weekends, nights, and public holidays.
• Adapting to potential shift adjustments based on service needs.

Skills and Expertise

• Experience in social care (preferred)
• Ability to create a supportive and nurturing environment for young people.
• Understanding of the needs of young people who have experienced trauma and loss.
• Commitment to supporting young people in achieving their goals.
