Residential Support Worker – Henfield

Key Responsibilities

Skills and Expertise

  • Proven experience working with children and young people (at least 6 months full-time in the last 3 years).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong commitment to providing high-quality care and support.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Level 3 qualification in children’s services (highly desirable).
  • Right to work in the UK.
