Residential Support Worker

Key Responsibilities

• Working within the residential setting to assist students with care activities.
• Supporting students’ needs during leisure activities and school holiday periods.
• Promoting student independence and choices.
• Working flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.

Skills and Expertise

• Enthusiastic, patient, and understanding
• Resilient
• Ability to undertake challenges and provide high standards of care
• Teamwork and initiative
• Experience working with young children (advantageous, but not essential)
• Driving license (desirable)

Job Facilities/Benefits

• Salary: 23,010.00 to 23,595.00 (dependent on experience & qualifications)
• 37.5 hours per week, over 52 weeks
