Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Management team in maintaining warehouse, fill levels, and stock control to meet customer standards.
- Train team members and drive replenishment shift to high standards.
- Ensure efficient delivery processes.
- Support promotional seasonal activity delivery.
- Operate and deliver processes ensuring legal compliance.
- Maintain store presentation, availability, and excellent customer service.
- Ensure Health and Safety compliance.
Skills and Expertise
- Experience managing a small team in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to think on your feet.
- Flexible approach and “can-do” attitude.
- Strong knowledge and ability to deliver KPIs.
