Renal Dialysis Nurse – Fixed Term 12 Months
Key Responsibilities
- Assessment of care needs for dialysis patients.
- Development, implementation, and evaluation of care plans for patients with chronic or acute kidney injury.
- Autonomous nursing care, including technical aspects and holistic care provision.
Skills and Expertise
- NMC Registered Nurse (General/Learning Disability/Mental Health or renal experience)
- Experience in Renal Dialysis Nursing (preferred)
- Competent in juggling technical nursing with holistic care.
