Skills and Expertise
- Current NMC registration
- Knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices
- Experience in producing well-developed care plans
- Experience in detailed risk assessments
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks (DoLs/MCA, Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines)
- Person-centred and thoughtful approach to nursing
