• Current NMC registration
• Knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices
• Experience with care plan production
• Experience with detailed risk assessments
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks (DoLs/MCA, Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines)
• Dedicated and compassionate approach to nursing
• Person-centred and thoughtful nursing
