Skills and Expertise
- Current NMC registration
- Knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices
- Experience with producing well-developed care plans
- Experience with detailed risk assessments
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks (DoLs/MCA, Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines)
- Dedicated and compassionate approach to nursing
- Person-centred, thoughtful nursing approach
