Registered Nurse – Woodland Care Home
Key Responsibilities
- Medication administration and care planning
- Providing physical, emotional, and spiritual support to residents
- Ensuring safeguarding principles are maintained
- Taking responsibility of shifts as Nurse in charge
- Team management and shift planning
- Infection prevention and control
- Liaising with General Practitioners and Multi-Disciplinary Teams
- Upholding clinical governance standards
Skills and Expertise
- Compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in learning and developing clinical skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as assisting residents with mobility
- Experience in the role (preferred but not required)

Requirements
- Nursing qualification recognised by UK NMC
- Valid UK NMC PIN and registration to practice (RGN, RNLD, or RMN)
